No. The platform is 100% white-labeled. Your web portal (`portal.yourdomain.com`), API domain (`api.yourdomain.com`), login screens, dashboard, email notifications, and documentation reflect your agency’s brand name, logo, favicon, and primary color scheme with zero attribution to HK Reach or HaptiX.

We take zero percentage of your client revenue. You purchase the annual wholesale platform license from us, and you bill your clients whatever you choose (e.g. ₹5,000/year, ₹10,000/year, or monthly retainers). Your clients pay directly into your business bank account or scan your UPI QR code.

We strictly follow Option A (Direct-to-Meta Billing). Each of your clients attaches their own credit card in their Meta Business Suite. Meta charges them directly for their WhatsApp conversations (Marketing, Utility, Service). You and HaptiX have zero financial liability for client messaging consumption.

No. Under Section 7.3 of our Partner Agreement, multi-tier reselling ("sub-partnering" or "white-label under white-label") is strictly prohibited. You are licensed to resell subscriptions exclusively to direct commercial end-clients who use the platform for their own business operations.

You only need: 1) Two CNAME records pointed to our server (`portal.` and `api.`), 2) Your logo and brand hex colors, 3) Your bank account & UPI QR Code image, and 4) Your preferred Meta Developer App credentials (optional; otherwise our shared app is utilized).

You receive automated notifications at 7 days, 5 days, 3 days, 1 day, and on the expiry date. A mandatory 7-day grace period is provided. If renewal is unpaid on Day 8, the portal enters suspended status and visitors are automatically redirected to your corporate fallback website. Data is preserved for 45 days.
