2. Post-Subscription Policy

Once you choose to upgrade to a paid plan after the trial period or at any time during your usage, the subscription fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to fully utilize the free trial to ensure the platform meets your business needs before making a purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Monthly or Annual Platform Subscription Plans.
  • WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs) or Prepaid Balance.
  • Any one-time setup fees or custom Add-on services.

4. Service Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including, but not limited to, spamming or unauthorized use of the WhatsApp Business API), no refunds will be issued for any remaining balance or subscription time.
